Nisa with the Giuliari brand dealer has put the Yankee seat for Vespa back into production.
This saddle has two ‘separate’ seats, in a vaguely custom style, with a comfortable seat that makes it suitable for long journeys. The padding is in high density polyurethane foam for maximum comfort.
The bottom of the saddle is in sturdy sheet metal painted black.
The seat cover is certainly unmistakable, with the characteristic silkscreen print with the two ‘g’ of the Giuliari symbol and the Yankee writing on the backrest. It is in black synthetic leather, UV-resistant and water-repellent. The seat is printed in ‘striped’ type on the backrest.

By great demand we have developed a new Yankee: for Vespa T5
A feature of the 1980s was the appearance on the market of off-market accessories, i.e. new parts to personalise your bike. Among the most sought-after items, we find the Yankee saddle and the Camel that became a ‘must’ for many young people of the time.
A few years ago, Nisa purchased the Giuliari brand concession and, in response to the many requests from enthusiasts, put the Yankee saddle for Vespa back into production.
The public’s appreciation, both then and now, is perhaps due to its unmistakable design or the comfort of this article.
The T5 Yankee seat has two ‘separate’ seats, in a vaguely custom style. A comfortable seat makes it suitable even for long journeys.
The padding is made of high density polyurethane foam for maximum comfort.
The seat bottom is in sturdy sheet metal painted black. The saddle is complete with lock.
The seat cover is certainly unmistakable. Note the striped silk-screen printing, the Giuliari symbol with the double G enclosed in the four-leaf clover and the Yankee writing on the side. It is made of black UV-resistant and water-repellent skai. The seat is printed in the same ‘striped’ style as the original.
